Some Notable Results from Mecum's

I like to follow the auctions.  It is a good gauge on the current status of the market, across geographies, across cultures, and across the many different genre in this new 'asset class' ~ or maybe better said as reborn.  I've lived through a couple cycles in prices, and this current bull market in car collecting is taking things to new heights.  But also as with any auction, sometimes there are interesting deals that are available.  I have selected the ones below for a variety of reasons, like they had some connection to my past, my current interests, and either high or low prices for the category and model.  The Buick reminds me of the movie Road House with Patrick Swayze.  I love that car.  Solid price for an excellent example.  There is much more to be view HERE.
